Top to Toe offer a range of different classes both indoor and outdoor to suit all abilities.
All levels of fitness can take part, there are options for everyone! Bring some water and a mat if you have one.
One of the most popular is our Fit Club Workout. We always ensure sessions are fun and varied and most importantly that they cater for all levels of fitness. Our classes are packed with cardio and resistance exercises that will work all the major muscle groups to ensure a maximum calorie burn and maximum results! We like to keep our clients on their toes, we use different types of equipment including kettlebells, agility ladders and navy ropes, don’t worry if you have not heard of any of these, they will add a new dimension to your training.
We cater for all levels of fitness and ability and we have low impact options if you are just starting out, you will not be asked to do anything that you are not capable of. If you don’t like to run, power walking is always an option!
