From there, you can transition into full membership if it’s the right fit.
Because spaces are limited and each intake is structured, purchases are non-refundable.
If something serious comes up before the start date, speak to us and we’ll look at transferring you to the next intake.

This is a 6-week starting programme.
At the end of the six weeks, if you want to continue, you’ll move into ongoing membership. By then, you’ll know the environment and feel confident continuing.

If you miss one session, we’ll guide you on how to stay on track.
But this programme works best when you commit to the full six weeks.

This programme is designed for beginners or those returning after time away.
Everyone starts at a similar level, and coaching is built around that.
You are not expected to “keep up.”
You’re expected to show up.
Please make sure that you have the correct footwear, sports trainers are essential.
Bring some water and, if you have one, a fitness mat.
Absolutely!
Everyone has to start somewhere and low impact and level one options will be given to you. As long as you don’t have any medical conditions that stop you from working out then your good to go!
If you are new to Top To Toe please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts for a brief introduction.
It you have always worked out , you don’t need to stop. Mum and Bump welcome!
If you have not worked out for a long time , even pre pregnancy then it’s not advisable to start a new fitness programme at this time. Once you have given birth and had your 6 week check up , please get in touch.
Yes you can attend with an injury , unless you have been advised to not workout by your GP. I can adapt all sessions for you so you still get a sweaty workout.
You have until three hours pre session to cancel, remember all blocks come with an expiry date, 6 weeks, 8 weeks etc, it all depends how many sessions you buy.
Yes I do. If you would like to have a few personal training sessions then message me and we can arrange this for you!
