Hi there - I'm Charlotte!

I'm the owner of Top-To-Toe Fitness in Kent and a proud mother of one. I've been involved in fitness since 2011, firstly as a gym and personal trainer when living in the Middle East, and then running my own business since returning to the UK. I love helping others reach their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.  

I'm proud that I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Bootcamp, Metafit & MetaPWR and Level 1 CrossFit Instructor. For the last 8 years, I have been training people both as 1-2-1  clients and in a class format. I'm passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals, and my existing clients are a testament to this commitment and passion for helping others succeed.  

 

After moving to the Faversham area in 2021, I wanted to find a suitable location for my classes in the local area so I am delighted to be partnering with Macknade Food Hall to offer a variety of classes for all levels of abilities and fitness. The large outdoor fitness space, with top of the range equipment, will be perfect for our classes.  

Goals are individual , not universal. It doesn’t matter if someone else is fitter or can lift more or run faster. It doesn’t mean your effort isn’t valid. Just keep working hard for you. We all have different goals and different fitness abilities. I have been training most of my clients for over 5 years and I have spent time getting to know them all and what they need during a session to get the best from it.…
