Our 6 Week Entry Phase is designed for people who feel out of routine, unsure where to begin, or who want guidance and structure to get going again.

Who this is for

• Feel a bit stuck or lacking motivation
• Want to build strength safely and properly
• Don’t feel comfortable walking into a busy gym
You don’t need to be fit to start — just ready to begin.

• 3 coached sessions per week
• Small group personal training

What happens after?
Once you’ve completed your Entry Phase, you can move into ongoing membership.
Memberships start from £100 per month, with options based on how often you’d like to train (2, 3 or 4 sessions per week).
We’ll help you choose the right option based on your goals and schedule.
