6-Week Strength Foundations

Every member begins with Strength Foundations.

A 6 week coached entry phase designed to establish how we train here.

• Three session per week.

• Small groups

• Structured programming 

• Next intake begines 23 March

 

You’ll train in small groups (max 8), follow a clear progression, and receive professional coaching throughout.

 

This is not a trial.

 

It’s the proper way to start.

6-Week Strength Foundations - £175

 

After completing Foundations, membership starts at £100pcm - there are options dependent on the number of times a week you'd like to train.

 

All new members start with Foundations.
