At Top to Toe Fitness Canterbury, we’re building more than a gym. We’re creating a space where you can feel comfortable, supported and genuinely excited to train.

Based at Canterbury Rugby Club, our new location brings coach-led, small group sessions to the heart of the community, with a focus on functional strength, confidence and long-term results.

Whether you’re completely new to lifting or looking to challenge yourself in a fresh way, our friendly team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Our Classes

At our Canterbury location, everything revolves around our 360 approach. It’s built on a simple idea: fitness works best when it supports the whole of you. Strength, stamina, mobility, balance. Not just one piece in isolation.


All sessions are coach-led and delivered in small groups, capped at eight, so you’re never left wondering what to do next. You’ll be guided, corrected, encouraged and, at times, pushed a little further than you might push yourself. In a good way.


Total 360
Our signature functional fitness session. Expect a balanced mix of strength, cardio and mobility designed to make everyday movement easier and more efficient. It’s varied, practical and suitable for all levels.


Strong 360
Focused LIFT sessions centred on structured weight training. You’ll work through functional movements that target all major muscle groups, building strength, confidence and technique in a supportive environment.


Burn 360
A high-intensity interval session designed to get your heart rate up and maximise results in less time. Short bursts of effort followed by brief recovery periods. Challenging, energising and surprisingly addictive.


Foundations 360 – Beginners LIFT
If you’re new to resistance training, this is where to start. We focus on the fundamentals, helping you learn correct technique and build a solid base. It’s welcoming, encouraging and intentionally paced so you can grow in confidence.


Prime 360 – Over 50s
Designed specifically for those over 50, with an emphasis on maintaining strength, balance and flexibility. It’s about staying active, capable and confident in day-to-day life.

Timetable

We run a varied timetable across the week, with sessions scheduled morning and evening to fit around work, school runs and everything else life tends to throw at you. We’re open seven days a week, so whether you prefer to train before the day properly starts or wind down with a session after work, there’s space to make it part of your routine.
 

Our weekly schedule includes:
 

  • Total 360 for balanced, full-body functional fitness

  • Strong 360 for focused LIFT and strength development

  • Burn 360 for high-energy HIIT sessions

  • Foundations 360 for beginners building confidence in lifting

  • Prime 360 tailored specifically for over 50s


Classes are coach-led and kept intentionally small, which means each session feels structured and personal rather than overwhelming. You’re not just turning up and hoping for the best. There’s a clear plan, clear guidance and progression over time.


The aim is simple. Give you enough choice to stay motivated, but enough structure to see real progress.

Membership

We’re open seven days a week, making it easy to fit training around work and family life. Alongside our structured classes, members have access to our gym facilities in a modern, well-equipped space.
 

For those ready to commit, our Unlimited Access Bundle offers full access to all classes and facilities on a three-month membership at £100 per month. It’s designed to give you the freedom to explore different sessions and build consistency from day one.


Whether you’re taking your first step into strength training or returning to routine with new goals, there’s a place for you here. And more importantly, people who want you to succeed.

Our location at Canterbury Rugby Club

You’ll find Top to Toe Fitness Canterbury based at Canterbury Rugby Club in Merton Lane, already well-known sporting venue in the city and somewhere that already carries a strong sense of community.
 

The Marine Travel Ground has long been a hub for local teams and supporters, and now it’s also home to our dedicated fitness space, designed specifically for small group, coach-led sessions.


The location offers easy access from across Canterbury, with on-site parking and open surroundings that make it feel less rushed than a typical town centre gym. You can arrive, train and leave without the usual squeeze.


Being part of the rugby club environment also reflects what we stand for. Community, encouragement, shared goals. Whether you’re heading in for an early morning lift, an evening Burn 360 session or your very first Foundations class, you’re stepping into a space that’s built around support and progress.
 

It’s familiar territory for many locals. Now it’s your training ground too.
