Recharge & Reconnect: Half Day Wellness Retreat

14th June 2025

Treat yourself to a fusion of fitness, sauna and sound therapy during a half day wellness retreat at Macknade this June.

Begin wiith an energising workout with Top To Toe Fitness, followed by a relaxing session at Sea Seascrub Sauna and an immersive gong bath. Wrapping it all up is a nourishing lunch using seasonal Macknade produce, cooked by Made by Merrilees.

There are two sessions - one for early risers and one for those who prefer a slower start to the weekend. 

BOOK SESSION 1 (8.45am to 1.15pm)
 

BOOK SESSION 2 (10.45am to 3.15pm)

The retreat is priced at £85 and spaces are limited so book early to avoid missing out on that much needed me-time!

 

Wellbeing Babes

This immersive sound bath experience uses Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and drums to harmonise the body through sound and vibration. Known as sound massage, it offers benefits like stress relief, improved sleep, and pain reduction. The repeated vibrations and chants of ‘Om’ help guide the brain into alpha and theta states of deep relaxation and healing.

Sea Scrub Sauna

Built on Nordic heat and cold therapy, Sea Scrub

With 30 years as a chef and TV presenter cooking for royalty and elite athletes, Made by Merrilees offers more than catering. She’ll create a lunch showcasing her “Delicious Wellness” philosophy—meals that taste amazing while nourishing the body—using ethically sourced meat and the best sustainable, local produce from Macknade.
