Burn 360 

If you're short of time but want to see results then Burn 360 is perfect for you. This 45 min jam packed class is about raising your heart rate in short bursts. Its all about building stamina and endurance.  This class would be a great addition to your training schedule.

This class is aimed at those who would benefit from introducing resistance and strength training into their workouts. To add a different dynamic to your lifestyle and to experience the benefits of weight training, it really is the ultimate key to staying sharp, strong and resilient.

Join us for an exciting kettlebell workshop designed for all fitness levels! Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, this workshop will teach you how to use kettlebells effectively for incredible results.

Train With Us in Faversham & Canterbury

You’ll find Top to Toe Fitness in two locations across Kent, each with its own character and community.

In Faversham, we’re based at Macknade, as part of their growing wellness offering. It’s a relaxed, welcoming setting and a brilliant place to train, whether you’re building confidence with lifting or pushing yourself in a high-energy session.

 

In Canterbury, we’re located at Canterbury Rugby Club on Merton Lane. A well-established sporting venue, it provides a focused training environment with plenty of space, easy access and a strong sense of community.

 

Both locations offer our full programme of coach-led classes, small group training and supportive guidance, so wherever you join us, you’ll feel right at home.
