Strong Foundations is a 6-week fully coached course where we will demystify weightlighting, stripping it back to basics so that you can learn how to lift safely, and confidently and feel great about what your body and mind can achieve.
You'll learn the importance of good technique and form, which muscles you target, and how to progress with your movements (it's not always just adding more weight).
Each week you will learn a new core weight lifting movement, and spend time working on getting the technique right so that you can lift with confidence - you can then put your newfound skills into practice with a great workout based around those lifts.
The course will be capped at 6 people to ensure everyone gets the essential personal coaching and feedback. The Strong Foundations course is open to all abilities, ages and genders - book your place now.
