Offering classes for all levels of fitness, if you are looking for varied, fun outdoor sessions , something completely different from the normal gym experience in a welcoming , friendly environment then please contact us.

We work in friendly, like-minded groups to build your fitness and confidence and get amazing results.
If you're short of time but want to see results than HiiT is perfect for you.
Working out in short bursts for a short amount of time, burn heaps of calories and leave feeling great!

We are so excited to announce that we have partnered with Macknades in Faversham.
As part of their growing wellness offering, we will be offering a variety of outdoor fitness classes to meet all your training needs.
Classes start from 6th June.
